"I would recommend Stan and Noga wholeheartedly and without hesitation. Their advice and guidance whilst selling our business was always absolutely spot on and delivered in a way that was always clear and easy to understand. They made the potentially complex process of selling our business a smooth and stress-free one and are genuinely great people to work with."

Oliver Rhodes, Managing Director and Founder, Bookouture

"I am a Malaysian investor having particular interest in investing in UK properties. In 2013, I was introduced to Lyndales by a friend. I appointed them to perform due diligence on several properties that I was interested in. The prompt and precise feedback uncovered some truths of those properties allowing me to make the correct decision of turning them down. In 2014 an opportunity arose for me to purchase a property jointly with a UK group that came with a soft loan structure. Being foreign investor, Lyndales were very professional and patient in going through the documentation with me. Under their watch, the soft loan has since been repaid in full and converted into property purchase. In 2016 we were approach by the same UK group to jointly invest in 2 other projects. But this time, I invited some other investors from Asia to join me. The structure was a combination of equity partnership and shareholder loans which Lyndales had advised, structured and drafted the legal documentation. The process was time consuming due mainly to the counter parties’ ever-changing demands. Just when we were at the brink of walking away from the deal, Lyndales intervened in a most diplomatic way and persuaded a middle ground where the deal was able to complete. I have enjoyed my several years of client-solicitors relationship with Lyndales and thus referred many friends to them. I believe with their breadth of experience, diplomatic approach and professionalism, they are a very vital help to any foreign investors into the UK"
