  • Adverse possession claims; A client may have used a property as their own for a long period of time without the consent of the owner and without paying rent. They may subsequently wish to register the property in their name.

  • Leasehold enfranchisement; Lease extensions, purchase of the freehold and setting up Right To Manage companies.
  • Possession of land claims; Possession claims against trespassers, or tenants subject to a tenancy.
  • Professional negligence; and Possible claims against solicitors, accountants or architects if they have breached their duty to the client on property related or other cases.
  • Service charge and Major Works disputes. Disputes between Landlord and Tenant regarding payment of Service Charge and Major Works.
